Description

The TM7223 is a 50MHz, full performance, dual channel Arbitrary waveform Generator on an ISA bus card. Two channels are providing two separate waveforms with up to 32K length each. 12 bits vertical resolution throughout an amplitude span of 100mV to 12Vp-p into 50W.  Amplitude is doubled if signal is applied to a high impedance load.

Clock in/clock out connector provides a synchronized platform for up to six plug-in arbitrary generators, as well as for other plug-in instruments.

Flexible triggering modes, including trigger to break points mode.

Sequencer

Built in sequencing circuit links up to 99 memory segments and repeats each segment up to 32K times.

Filters

Five built in filters for each channel. Cut-off frequencies: 10MHz (2-pole active filter), 1MHz, 500KHz, 100KHz, and 50KHz.

Software

Complete software support includes: DOS driver, Borland C++ library that may be linked to external programs, and WaveCad software for on-screen waveform generation.

Programming language complies with SCPI (standard commands for programmable instruments) rules, syntax, command tables, and hierarchy trees.

Nine built in standard waveforms: Sine, Sawtooth (triangle), Square, Pulse, Sine(x)/x Pulse, Gaussian Pulse, Exponential Decaying/Rising Pulse, Pseudo-random Noise, and DC.
